We offer a personalised quote to ensure you receive a top-quality service. You can call us and speak to one of our specialists or fill out our web form and our team will get back to you with a quote as soon as possible.

If you decide to proceed, after confirming your exact requirements, we will send you a digital contract outlining all the rental agreement details, including the payment process. We usually require that these forms are filled in at least two weeks before you travel, but if it is a last minute requirement, don’t worry, we can often arrange something as late as the day before you travel (subject to availability).

We take the performance, safety and hygiene of our oxygen concentrators seriously. Before we ship the Concentrator to you, we carefully sterilise and thoroughly test and inspect all Oxygen Concentrators, batteries and accessories to ensure they are in perfect working condition. We pack them securely in a protective Pelicase to arrive safely at your doorstep.

We understand that timing is crucial, so where we are delivering to your Home Address, we always aim to deliver your oxygen concentrator to you five to seven days before your holiday begins at no additional cost. This enables you to check that the Concentrator is working perfectly, that everything you need has been despatched, and allows you to become familiar with the operation of your machine before you depart. We want to ensure have peace of mind and are able to enjoy your holiday without any worries.

If we are installing into your Cruise Cabin, your equipment will be all ready for you in your Cabin once you’ve boarded your ship.

Once your holiday ends, we will remove the concentrator from your Cruise Cabin, or our courier will collect the concentrator from your home once you are back home on a mutually agreed date. With our rental service, you can rest assured that you will always have access to a reliable oxygen concentrator and rental service whenever you need one.

We are very proud to offer our cruise customers the option of cruise ship delivery to most major UK Ports (extra costs apply). For cruise ship delivery, your concentrator will be delivered directly to your ship and will be installed in your cabin prior to your arrival. At the end of your voyage, we will then collect the concentrator from your cabin after you have checked out.
